Welcome to Binojo. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Platform Description

Binojo is a skill-based competitive gaming platform that facilitates peer-to-peer competitions in strategy games. We provide the digital infrastructure ("the arena") where users can compete against each other in games where outcomes are determined solely by player skill, strategy, and decisions.

Binojo does not operate games of chance. All games hosted on our platform are skill-based, meaning the outcome depends on the players' abilities rather than random chance.

2. Eligibility

To use Binojo, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not be prohibited from using such services under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring your account information remains accurate and current

4. How Competitions Work

Entry Fees: Players pay an entry fee (in platform coins) to participate in matches. Both players pay equal entry fees to ensure fair competition.

Prize Pool: Entry fees from both players form the prize pool for each match.

Winners: The player who wins the match based on game rules and skill receives the prize pool, minus a platform service fee.

Service Fee: Binojo charges a small percentage fee for hosting and facilitating matches. This fee compensates the platform for providing infrastructure, ensuring fair play, and processing transactions.

5. Coins and Payments

Platform Currency: Binojo uses an internal coin system. Coins have no monetary value outside the platform and cannot be exchanged for cash except through our official withdrawal process.

Deposits: Users can purchase coins using supported payment methods (mobile money, PayPal). All deposits are final and non-refundable except as required by law.

Withdrawals: Users may request to withdraw their coin balance to supported payment methods, subject to verification and our withdrawal policies.

6. Fair Play Policy

Users must:

• Play honestly and not use any cheats, bots, or automated systems
• Not collude with other players to manipulate outcomes
• Not exploit bugs or glitches in games
• Treat other players with respect

Violations may result in account suspension, forfeiture of coins, and permanent ban from the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

Binojo provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Losses from gameplay (entry fees are at your own risk)
• Technical issues or service interruptions
• Actions of other users
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence

8. Dispute Resolution

Game disputes will be reviewed by our team. Our decisions on game outcomes are final. For other disputes, we encourage users to contact support first. Unresolved disputes shall be governed by the laws of Kenya.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
