  • Borrow money to deposit on the platform

Self-Exclusion

If you feel you need a break from the platform, you can request a temporary or permanent account suspension by contacting our support team. During self-exclusion:

  • You will not be able to access your account or play games
  • You can still request withdrawal of your existing balance
  • Temporary exclusions can be lifted after the period ends
  • Permanent exclusions cannot be reversed

Account Limits

You can contact support to set personal limits on your account:

  • Deposit Limits: Maximum amount you can deposit per day/week/month
  • Loss Limits: Maximum losses before play is paused
  • Session Limits: Time-based reminders or restrictions

Age Restriction

Binojo is strictly for users aged 18 and above. We verify age during registration and may request additional verification for withdrawals. If you suspect a minor is using our platform, please report it immediately.
